Administrative Assistant - Certificate

The Administrative Assistant Certificate is focused on providing students with a foundation for entry level positions. This certificate explores word processing, business spreadsheets, data management, and general office support.

Program Outcomes:

• The student will demonstrate an understanding of basic business skills.
• The student will model competency in preparing business documents.
• The student will exhibit proficiency in applying technology to workplace situations.
• The student will interact with others that contribute to effective working relationships.

Program Characteristics

The Administrative Assistant Certificate takes approximately two semesters to complete.
