
Business Administration
A demand for professionals with an business administration degree and an understanding of core business concepts is expected to increase. Individuals interested in managing a business, exploring an entrepreneurial vision, and/or completing the first two years towards a four year degree are encouraged to apply for the Associate of Arts in Accounting/Business Administration.
A core liberal arts curriculum boosts critical thinking and builds effective communication skills that can provide the educational foundation for building a solid set of business skills. Opportunities are available on campus to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business related disciplines through Mayville State University.
The Associate of Arts in Business Administration degree is designed to expose you to a wide variety of disciplines such as accounting, business law, statistics, and management. Anyone who wishes to gain a foundational business degree and understand basic accounting, macro and micro economic and legal concepts will benefit. Learn the importance of decision making, planning, strategy, staffing, leading, and change in a global environment. Gain skills you can apply immediately in the workplace or get an excellent start on earning your bachelor’s degree.
