CCCC Head Start provides all students an opportunity to access both referrals and services on – site to address individual student needs. CCCC Head Start partners with several local community agencies to meet the diverse needs of students. When needed, early interventionists from these local agencies will conduct an evaluation, provide evaluation results, develop an IFSP (Individual Family Service Plan) or IEP (Individual Education Plan) for students who qualify for Special Education, and provide Special Education services. If staff identifies a possible need for Special Education services, staff will reach out to caregivers to ask for consent to refer students for an evaluation.
