Partnership Project Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Partnership Project Program.
  • Process and manage purchase requisitions to ensure timely payment to students and educational institutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of disbursements, including tuition, stipends, and emergency assistance.
  • Monitor grant budgets and ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with grant recipients.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to participants processes and requirements.
  • Actively recruit new participants for the program.
  • Meet all deadlines relative to grant carryovers and/or extensions.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all program activities.
  • Prepare monthly reports on grant utilization and program outcomes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data management, reporting, and communication.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff for the before and after care program.
  • Ensure adherence to program policies and maintain a high-quality care environment.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with participants, staff, and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Experience in clerical roles, preferably in education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
